I got banned from TPF today. I have no idea why. After months of thinking that TPF was basically a snooty sorority that looks down on anyone not spending thousands a year on bags, I was proved correct. I apparently wronged a vet user by saying that I had received a high priced bag without posting extensive photos and that was deemed "dishonest". Quite frankly, with the exception of a few girls I am actually kind of glad to be done with them. I will still stay in touch with my "CORE" but hopefully this is where I can really explore my love for bags without any sort of judgement. I just wanted to be upfront about why Im here. As for who I AM:
25
Nanny/Journalism Student
Awesome Cook, Fabulous Drink Inventor
NJ resident on a quest to move BACK to DC
Curly Haired, Brown Eyed, Bronze Skinned Comedienne
Ive got jokes for days
and as I always say...
Secret Badass, Public Drunkass, I left my Heart and Bra at Legends Bar in Charleston WV.
Hi, CurlsGalore. Welcome. It's funny I wrote yesterday about me browsing TPF to see what they were about and was disappointed about how mean those girls seem to be. I am shocked by the things they would say. You will have fun here. Everyone will not agree with your choice of bags but you will be respected and not looked down upon.
Haha, thanks! Here's one, its simple and about as low class on the scale of cocktails as you can get without popping a can of PBR, but we LOVE it and its so tasty.
You will need:
2 limes
ice
vodka (use the cheap stuff, you wont be tasting it)
1 can frozen hawaiian punch CONCENTRATE
You cannot make this with regular juice, you need the concentrate! It also needs to refreeze for about 30 minutes to an hour after you get it home from the store so it works best.
Dump the can of concentrate into your blender. Fill all but two finger widths of the can with vodka and add that to the blender. Roll both limes on a hard surface to release the juices, cut in half and squeeze into the blender. Fill with ice and blend until smooth. You will definitely need a straw to serve. Makes about 2 large glass mugs full...and thats all you need.
^^^^ OMG! I think that sounds like the receipe I will use for the first time my parents take both kids overnight in June (poor dh - probably not a lot of lovin' will be had afterwards! LOL).
