Introducing CB Carryall
Moderators- I looked through the FAQ to see if a post like this is allowed, and couldn't find anything forbidding it. Please do PM me if I have broken any rules!
I wanted to introduce a new company my wife and I are launching based in Cambridge, England. We are CB Carryall, and we design and produce high quality leather bags with a unique twist. I'm still new on the site, so I can't yet post pictures or links but please visit our website for more info.
Our bags have a unique purpose: provide a great looking and elegant solution to changing the colour of a bag without having to move everything over, and also help professionals and students differentiate between daytime and night time fun. You'll see we have a 3 part system which has a small shell, a large shell and a transferable liner. The large shell fits everything you may need during the day including laptop, school books, make-up and whatever else you need during the day. The small shell is your standard handbag size and is great for evenings, or times when you do not need tons of supplies.
The liner, which is made of sail fabric (fully waterproof, extremely durable and great looking) and can be transferred between the 2 sizes of shells, or between shells of the same size in roughly 30 seconds without having to move everything over piece by piece, or even worse, having to buy seconds of everything! You can leave everything inside and simply unzip the liner and move it, it really is that simple!
We have a very strong focus on quality. Our leathers are died exactly to our order specifications, and the first rounds of bags will be in a typically British style, with elegance being the key word.
We are launching in about 2 weeks time once our first round of production is completed, but we are accepting pre-orders now. If you want to place a pre-order please send me a PM, i'd be more than happy to provide a 10% discount for anyone coming from The Bag Forum. We've only got pictures of the tan/brown set at the moment as we commissioned our samples in those colours, but we have a navy blue version coming out at the same time. I'll certainly pop pictures up once we have them in our hands! We will be bringing out 3 new colours every 2 months, and would love to hear what colours our customers would like to see.
We will be working with up and coming fashion designers from local universities in the next few months to give work placements/internships, and we hope this will spur more people into the fashion trade. We hope to hear from you all soon, if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact me either here or via the website.
