    I like the first one.

    After I buy a house, pay it off in full, and have it fully furnished with quality Amish-Made furniture, have all required upgrades (new roof, energy efficient heating/air/water heating system) and Make sure my little car doesn't need to be replaced (current mileage is 100K+ miles!) and if I am still making what I make now or more, I will buy a Birkin or Kelly bag (most likely in ivory or black)

    We're talking 15 years down the road...40 is a good age to buy a Birkin.
