So since my lovely secret santa sent me a Coach silk scarf...I've been way interested in starting a scarf collection. I love artwork and Hermes is known for their scarves but can anyone tell my WHY? What's so special about Hermes' silk scarves?
I'm just curious of history/background.

Hmm... Hermes scarves are well-known because that French lady died after her long scarf got caught in the carriage wheel and she was straggled. We talked about it in French class.

^^^ LOL! Well, we were talking about it in French class when we we discussing the history of French fashion. I guess at one point women liked to wear these really big scarves. I can't remember the name of the lady that died, but I think she was someone famous. Would you like me to ask my French teacher?
