Let-Trade has them occasionally. I think they just have an Apple Green one right now. Um... ebay seller Bagteria has a decent selection at the moment. I've purchased from both before, so I know they are reputable.

There are some reliable consignment stores such as dueteveryday, the luxury portal, which you can google them :-)
