Question How do you pronounce Hermes?

i'm not sure how to say it. is it HER-MEEZE? or is it HER-MAZE? or are both of those wrong? help me out.:confused:

i dont know how your saying it, but as a french word the 'H' s are usually silent, meanin gits pronounced Air-Mez, i say it like air as in the air we breath and mez like pez despencers and the candy minus the p and plus a m if that makes any sense. not saying im right or anything just how i pronounce it, i know lots of people in the states use a H sound at the start

okay, that silent 'H' thing makes sense. Air-Mez. okay, that sounds better than what i was saying.

lol lv girl, its ok obviously your into lv more (so am i hehe) i think hermes have great lovely stuff but to justify it when your not a billionare i find is quite difficult

some of my friends have said that the smallest and simplest birkins with bulls leather (very heavy) can cost around $2-$3 k which i think is more affordable but at the same time if your going to go that far yo umight as well go all the way

That's right the "h" is silent. It's pronounced ER-MEZZ

Hehe... everyone around here pronounces the H... so I have to say it like that otherwise people wouldn't know what I'm talking about. Oh well... I do live in Nebraska... people pronounce stuff weird here. Like there's a town called Papillion... but they don't say "Pap-ee-on" like the french word... they say "Pa-pill-ee-un".
