Default How practical is buying more than one of each color?

I can see having a larger bag in black and then a clutch is black. But what about multiplies in the same color?
Example... I have this fabulous Kooba barrel bag in grey. I am coveting the Christian Dior bag in grey. They even have it on sale at Neiman's right now. so I could have grabbed it. But I fought the urge because I already have the Kooba bag.

I think its all in the bag. IMO each BAG has its own personality. If you have a few bags that are the same color, I think thats fine. Its what makes you feel happy and comfy. I usually gravitate towards dark colors but its what makes me feel comfy. If its eye catching, catch it lol.

I can see what you're saying. If I had a small collection (which I do) I would want them to all be different colors. But I suppose if your collection is larger, then it wouldn't be as big of a deal to have say... two black ones or three blue ones or whatever. I guess it all depends on how many bags you have and how much you are willing to invest in the collection. If you really like the bag and you'll still wear your Kooba, then I don't see any harm in it.

It's too close for me to spend money on another one. Although, one is leather and the other is fabric. Hmmmmm... See, I shouldn't even be thinking about it. LOL

^^ Yeah I don't see a problem with it. I have several bags that are the same color. That is like saying you could only have 1 LV monogram bag! UGH!! As if!?!

I think if the style is different, why not? I have small collection but I have bags which are very similar in colours - amongst them: two khakis, 4 blacks, 3 browns. But they're in either different styles or fabric.

I agree that there is nothing wrong with it. Especially since you said one is leather and the other is fabric.

I don't think it's a problem either. I mean, it's all in how much you'd actually use the bag you bought. My problem is that I tend to use my newest bag more than any other, so even if I just got a bag, the newer one gets more attention.

I think if you've got like more than 5 in that color...it seems a bit weird in a way. I couldn't see myself having more than 3 bags of the same color - I like variety.

Grey is so practical. I night doubt getting the fifth crazy yellow bag, but you cannot have too many grey ones!

I think having the same bag in different colors is fine. Because not all bags can go with ones outfit, so if there is a bag you like go for it in multiples.

Why not? More often than not you probably have a ton of black bags. I feel the same for other colors too.
