    Mellow Storing Bags without Dustbags

I have a bag that didn't come with a dustbag, and it's colored genuine leather so I'm worried about storing it and scratching it. I'm paranoid about scratching it in general; I want to take super good care of it. Basically, I'm wondering if you guys have advice on how to store it without risking it getting scratched up.

There are so many sites that sell dustcovers- thecontainerstore, Amazon, etc. or if you have a pillow case lying around, that would suffice

Who is the handbag by? I've never done this, but how about contacting the designer for replacement?

I don't actually know for sure what the brand is. I got the bag in Italy about four years ago. It's from a leather company in Florence for sure but it was one of those deals where I was on a tour and the tour company brings you to various businesses across the country that the region or whatever is known for and in return for the tour company bringing their tours there they get a regular discount. I believe it's the bigger leather company in Florence; but it's not anything you could find a store for in the US.

I've contacted the original designer before like Katherine Kwei and she's always sweet enough to send for any of her own bags that are missing dustbag pairings. I also get them customed by a nice lady on Etsy who does quality work at a good price. I'll look her info up...

All different shapes and sizes and colors; just measure and let her know. The bags are thick and soft with nylon drawstrings. Been making these for years. I might have discovered her on here several years ago because someone else recommended her.
