Default Problem with color wearing off edges

I have the navy blue leather zipper tote. However, it has no feet on the bottom therefore the edges of the bottom is wearing. The color is wearing off.

does anyone know of any product you can use to dye the color back into the leather on those corners of the purse? Or, does anyone know if the D & B company would stand behind the bag and possibly replace it?

    Thank you,
    Teresa Canady

What bag is it? It's by Dooney & Bourke? How long have you had it for?

Yes, it is the Dooney & Bourke. I'm not sure the name of the bag, its a Tote bag made from the pebble leather. I received it as a gift last Christmas. 12/2010

Do you have a Dooney store near you? Or did it come from a department store?

I haven't ever had good luck with Dillards. They usually tell you tough cookies.

Contacting the store will likely get you nowhere. Contact D&B corporate customer relations directly. I once contacted them for some issue with a vintage bag (I had bought it second hand) and they were nice enough to solve the issue for me.
    Good Luck.

If the bag is less than 6 months old, your consumer rights say that you should be offered a replacement/repair of your bag! So take it up with the company.

What about just getting a polish that's the same color and rubbing it in. That's what I would do.
