I've used hand sanitizer before - the alcohol in it should take the ink out. I got sharpie on my Azur Speedy and the hand sanitizer got it right off.

Yeah. I think they're all gel aren't they? Just use one with alcohol in it. It worked on my bag, and it's coated canvas, so I assume it would be similar to yours. But I don't want any blame is something happens, lol.

You could try a white eraser (the kind you get at art supply stores) or a Mr Clean Magic Eraser first.

Any updates? Did you try anything?

I would also like to add baby wipes to the suggestions above.

It is used for cleaning stuff, so it would be with cleaning supplies. People use them to scrub stuck on food off of their stove top.

DO NOT USE BABY WIPES to clean your leather or canvas EVER!!!! Depending on the brand, once the dried product is exposed to sunlight, the sunlight can BLEACH IT! Trust me, I am speaking from personal experience.

The old Martha Stewart trick for removing ink is HAIRSPRAY. Ideally the pressurized spray hairspray (not the stuff you pump)... Give it a good wetting, then rub it in circular motion with a clean wet washcloth. Keep rinsing the washcloth and keep rubbing in outward circular motions until it's gone. If it's not fully gone, repeat the hairspray, then rub.

I have used this method on handbags, shoes, clothing, furniture, etc etc etc.... it works everytime!

i have found the perfect solution i believe!

As mentioned by someone above (sorry i’m secretly writing this in office.. can’t scroll up to check the nicknames), and in other forums, i tried makeup remover+hand sanitizer+wet tissue. And it really worked! Stains have faded tremendously! I’m not sure about the bleaching effect as mentioned by another person. But to me, my bag still looks as coloured as before, i think

I dabbed some makeup remover on cotton pad and left the pad on the spots to let it ‘soak’ the remover? Then followed by hand sanitizer. Personally i have liquid hand sanitizer and gel ones. I used the gel one on my burberry bag. Cos liquid ones doesn’t seem as strong? I rubbed some gel on the stains and left for a few seconds. Lastly, i used a wet tissue to keep rubbing it until a little ink came off. Then for the subsequent 2-3 days, i use wet tissue to continue to clean/rub it. Now the spots are faded SO MUCH. I’d post a “After” pic soon if i can

    Our long-term trouble solved~!!

I dabbed some cosmetics cleaner on natural cotton pad and remaining the pad on the destinations to let it ‘soak’ the remover?
Then followed manually cleaner. Individually i have fluid side cleaner and gel ones. I used the gel one on my burberry bag. Cos fluid ones does not seem as strong? I applied some gel on the destinations and remaining for a short time.
