I think it's hard to compare brands being more or less faked. Almost every known bag is copied, and you can't buy a less expensive bag or unknown brand name bag without it being inspired by some other brand. Why does it matter if they bag has been replicated or not? As lon as the bag you have is authentic, who cares what other people think?

I see where you're coming from, Lady LaLa. Part of the reason why I don't want a monogram LV is because I've seen MANY fakes around where I live - I don't want people to think my isn't authentic...so I just stay away from it.

It's really hard to stay away from brands that are being copied. Because really, where there's a market, it's going to be an inspired look or a fake.

But, that shouldn't stop you if you've been wanting a certain bag!

I think lilstrlett has a good point - why should you care what anyone else thinks. You buy the bag because you like it, it feels good, you look good with it .... most importantly, you know if its authentic or not (and if they can't tell a real bag from a fake....then they don't know as much about bags as they think they do.... no?)

I think that were you buy from can remove more doubt about fakes then what you buy.
