Default How do I get dark spot off my Treesje clutch!!! Help???

I had my clutch with me at my sons swimming class, and when we were leaving I noticed this dark spot near the flap where I lift it!!
I don't know if something was on my hands and rubbed off, it is glazed leather and usually has been pretty protected, I don't even know what I can use to clean it, i don't want to rub off the glaze..... should I just leave it alone and it might fade???
    Any advice is appreciated

Here are a couple pics, it is on the bottom left by the flap....

Maybe it is sunscreen lotion...because it looks a bit oily. I am not sure you can remove it though...hopefully it will fade

So sorry this happened. I would try a white pencil eraser and see what that does. If it is an oil spot maybe try some baking soda?

    BTW, gorgeous clutch!!

I tried baking soda and nothing changed, but then i tried the pencil eraser and watched the spot start to fade before my eyes and my clutch is perfect again !!!
I was so worried about rubbing the glaze off, I was scared to try anything, but I went for it and it looks great!
Zombiegirl, thank you for the tips!!!
