    Angry Louis Vuitton online is not worth your time

    I cant tell you how much Louis Vuittons I have, which I always purchase at Wynn Las Vegas. I needed something small, so thought I would use online LV.
    They are the most unhelpful butch of people I have EVER dealed with! Especially Tonia. I asked to speak with her supervisor....will not connect me. I asked for a team leader...no, Im told....someone will call in 48 hours. I offered to hold. She told me no. I wanted to get this little matter done.....no help. This is the worst service I have ever had with Louis....enough Im thinking all is going on ebay. Move onto a differnt company that can treat customers.

    What was your issues with them that you needed to talk to a person? Is it really that bad that you would sell all of your LV items bc of one bad experience?

    I loved ordering online from them. I got my stuff super fast, and the online people you talk to are super helpful.

    Such a small issue....something with my mailing address; It is are business address, with a Suite number and Lv stores have sent there so many times with no problem. The issue most likey is the suite number, some computer systems dont want a - or # sign in it. Its my billing address to, and no problem with my bank account. I asked the lady if she could try taking out the - or the # sign; which she refuses. My order expires now in 24 hours; however a supervisor wont even call me back until 48 hours. She wouldnt try anything. Said it came from their automated system. Even though I 99% positive what the issue is, she refuses attempt to try. Great customer service! NOT!

    That seriously stinks! I'm sorry you're having such a hard time with them. I hope you get this settled soon.
