I pick up scraps of material at the fabric store and make my own. You can find some really cute prints for dirt cheap. Michael's has the same silky string that comes on most handbags. They're surprisingly easy to make yourself.

I also made "purse pillows" for a few that were overly slouchy and needed stuffing. Makes it much easier than removing tons of tissue-paper.

Have you checked with the store where the bags came? I know that sounds silly but I bought a vintage Vuitton and took it to the shop and they gave me a new dustbag.

Also, Manolo's shoe sleeves make good little bag cases. :) I always stuff my bags with baby receiving blankets. They are very soft and keep forever.
