Question The Perfect Bag & Why?

What is your idea of THE perfect bag and why? For instance:

    weight
    aesthetics
    accessibility to contents, etc.

Mine is the Louis Vuitton monogram (or damier) speedy in whatever size fits you. I personally love the monogram & damier in 35! The bag itself is light, it is classic, fashionable & everything can be easily accessed. If you want a more structured look, you can use a magazine at the bottom or buy a speedy shaper.

My perfect bag is my Coach Heritage Stripe Tote. For me it's perfect for carrying diapers, baby wipes and a few bottles when I am out with my 9 month old son. I can put a ton of stuff in that tote.

Done...I think...Until I find something that catches my eye

I vote for both of the bags above (RM Nikki & Balenciaga City) with a Purse To Go organizer!! Link to PTG thread:My Purse(s)-To-Go came today! Perfect for RM bags!

The Balenciaga City with regular HW is VERY light weight and the PTG's work great in the LV Speedy! OH forgot to add the LV Neverfull! It is also lightweight and easy to organize with the PTG!!

eBay, let-trade, speedyshaper.com. They are around $13-$20. I purchased a shaper for my Neverfull GM on eBay! You can even choose your color.

LV Speedy and Bal. City are extremely light in weight. But when I want something extra roomy, My Hampstead never fails me!

The Heritage Stripe is pretty nice. I like the logo background with leather stripe combo. It works well together. For "diaper bags" I also love Petunia Picklebottom.

Thanks for the helpful tip. Maybe now I will use my Speedy more.

The PTG is a great idea. No more fumbling around for stuff.

I'm trying to decide which color I want. It's between tan or black. I usually would go with black but sometimes it's easier to see on lighter color if you left something behind by accident.

For me my most functional bag is my Balenciaga hobo bag. It is light weight, it stays on my shoulder, and it carries a good amount of stuff. It is not organized, but I am able to find things lightning quick just by reaching in without looking....lot's of practice I guess!

Balenciaga seems to be the winner. I think I should start saving up for one .

At the moment I've only got two "designer" bags, both Coach. I think I like my large Carly best, and the other is a large black leather book tote that I'm using for winter. I like it too, but stuff seems to get lost in it more easily. That or it's easier to throw stuff in, since I rarely zip it. It's got one of those coat-style zippers that you have to use two hands to thread, so I don't often bother. I should probably look at one of those purses to go.
