Curious to find if you had any luck with Gucci....
They dont have the guarantees on their products like Dooney & Bourke or Coach, you cant send them in and be repaired unfortunately. Normally your sales rep can help but with a screw missing I think that I would raise Hell because thats NEVER suppose to happen, thats what you drop the dough for.
I have never had that happen on a Gucci but on a Fendi it happened and they fixed it for NO CHARGE because it was still under a year. (I had purchased if from the Houston Galleria and because they were able to find my purchase order in their records I didnt have to provide a receipt. If I would have had to look for that receipt I might have had to come off something because I just stick them in a box and keep it moving.) If it had been over a year they would have charged a repair fee. I am assuming that probably applies to Gucci as well...
