    Default Gucci Travel Bags

    Hi ladies (and gents!)

I'm new here but thought I'd share my two latest Gucci bags with you. I wanted a tote for work and an overnight bag for some trips I have coming up.

First is my GG Plus Tote Bag (Don't know if it has an official name...)

It's a lot bigger than I thought it would be, but it's great for work. I wish the straps were just a little bit longer since it is a tight squeeze to get it up on my shoulder. There is a long messenger strap but I don't like wearing it that way....

    Thanks Ladies!!

Okay, so I was posting pics of the second one and completely forgot about a 2:00 meeting. So I'm back. Here's the second one :) The handles fit up on the shoulder a little better but it also has a long, removable strap in case it's needed. This one is more of a travel/overnight bag in my eyes.

    Few823,
I have a question for you. I bid on the nylon travel tote(your second photo) on ebay and just received it today. After checking the bag out I realized it might not be authentic.
All my Gucci handbags have the Gucci name stamped on all the zippers. While this is my first travel tote with Gucci, I expect it to have the same with its zippers.
While it has a tab on the inside pocket with a number the zippers are of concern to me..
Please let me know if your bag
    is nylon?
Has the zippers stamped with GUcci
Has the serial numbers 196356 (top) 467891 (bottom row)

Thanks, I really love it but just want to make sure it is real, although I took a risk buying on ebay....

    I answered my own question.

I was at the Gucci outlet yesterday and there was my travel tote. I had my ebay purchase along and after comparing it to the one on display we determined it is authentic..

The only drawback, it is $199 at the outlet and I paid $300 for it on ebay. Still less than the original price but I'm a sucker for a bargain..
