Does anyone watch The Hills?

If so can you help me identify this handbag? Whitney was using it when she went to NYC to work with People's Revolution. It's a hobo-style bag that looks like it could be Prada. Anyone know?

I would love to find out the designer and bag name. It's such a cute bag! I'm trying to find more info out by googleing but of course I can't find anything!
