Over this past weekend I was in the city over by the chinatown area, and I happened to be carrying my gucci monogram horsebit medium hobo bag and everywhere i turned someone was whispering to me to follow them to check out some gucci, fendi, etc. bags. It's a lil frustrating because I spent a lot of money to build my personal purse collection, and some of the knockoffs looked more real then really real ones!!! Would any of you actually purchase a bag from chinatown???

I would never buy a fake bag.... oh please don't....

Because no matter what.... There will always be those people that will know your bag is fake.... Those bags are also made of cheap quality... so they won't last you very long.... oooh just don't buy fakes!!!

Sweetie, no one is trying to bash you or anything.

We aren't "too good" for fakes... we simply don't believe in funding terrorism, exploiting children, and screwing our own economy. So we all really hope that you are smart enough to know that fake bags are just plain bad and you shouldn't buy them.

ya i don't believe in fakes - unfortunately my mother doesn't believe in paying more than $50 for a bag. she gets those knock offs from those "bag parties". but see... she doesn't buy them bc they are knock-offs. she buys them because she thinks they are cute. eh... what are ya gonna do. can't blame the woman for getting what she likes right?

, copies of high end designer bags by mid-level legit companies, yes, but never in chinatown, i just go there for the dim sum.

I went to chinatown for the first time last month and they only money I spend was on some sushi, wasnt even worth it. I saw the most horrible fakes there,

I bought a purse in San Francisco's Chinatown. I love it! And I get more comments on it than any other purse I own. Best ten bucks I ever spent, lol.
