The blouse looks great on you, I have a few by F21 too, their prices are good but you get what you pay for, I have several pieces on my closes that are over a year old and they still look good I guess it depends on how you treat them, their quality is not so bad in my opinion.
i've just recently started buying from them again.. But only online! lols. The store is too crazy for me too, you'll never find anything. Its always free ship when you buy over $75 online, so its not a problem at all.
I dont think they are cheap at all. They actually have some pretty cute tops for decent prices and its not like the material is bad (like old navy)...
I have not shopped at Macys for a while, but is it really comparable to target??
I wouldn never buy their stuff online personally. The fit is always weird and their sizes aren't standard. I go to f21 for tanks and tops that I can wear, and have bought a few sun dresses from there. To me it doesn't matter how much you spend on clothing - no one is going to know what you paid or where you get it from - so I'm not ashamed of wearing their clothing and also carrying around a $2000 handbag.
I love Forever 21... I always get these nylon spandex capri leggings there. I LOVE THEM. They are so great with high heels and a tunic. People underestimate Forever 21. They always have my wife beaters there in like 50 different colors, my capri leggings, cute dresses, and really cute fashion tops.
I prefer not to buy tunics there though..they tend to be see through. But all in all I love Forever 21.. I always find something in there. I love Nordstrom more.. but Forever 21 close 2nd!
