I went to Charles Penzone the other day and almost every girl there had them on. I think they're still "in" depending on what you wear them with. I dont have any, but I like them on other people

I think if you are the right shape (not too plump) and you wear it with taste with your top at least covering your bum, you can pull it off. I could never pull it off...I have chunky legs but someone that is tall and lean could definately wear them and make them fashionable.

You know what I hate, when there's pictures of Lindsay Lohan wearing opaque leggings!! Like, you see her underwear and everything...how gross! And she usually doesn't wear a shirt or anything that covers her butt up.
I would say THOSE type of leggings are out, lol.

just as long as they arent part of Lindsay Lohans line of "designer" leggings!
I was so not into it until recently. i am actually wearing a pair right now (these are actually "warm wear" from some ski brand) with pink leather lacoste flats, a white cami, and a hip length deep vneck sweater from ON with two teensy pockets on the hips (like where your jeans pockets would be) |

I don't mind leggings for running, or worn as tights tucked into boots with a dress or something in winter.
I don't even mind them as pants or under tunics, really. Taking into consideration body type, mass, size, etc. I hate too tight turned sheer leggings worn with a tee-shirt, but if they're rather thick and the person's wearing the right size, it's not an issue.
