Calling all future dress makers.. you think you can design up a fabulous frock? Give it a try and be discovered by Glam. Here's what you gotta do.

> Sketch a dress. Sundresses to evening gowns, all welcome.

> Upload your sketch via Glam.com or mail it in.

> Cast your vote! Polls open February 5th.

> > Top 8 finalists design the dress they envisioned
