Default Is red the new black?

I was reading W mag (us) for August and they mentioned that red is the new black. I love the color red, but for me personally fall and winter I wear alot of black and dark colors, I dont know about bright red.

I didn't remember see that in W (I get so many mags, it's hard to keep track!). I did see it in a few others, though. I'm with you, ladies, I wouldn't wear red in the winter.

Default red is the new black article!

I adore Dior - wierdly I think I found what you were talking about.
Vogue August pg. 208 maybe? Not sure if thats the article you are talking about. . not really an article, just a photoshoot with Christy Turlington

"Red is the new black: yes its back. . .the color worn mainly by first ladies and anchorwomen is terrifically chic today"

    maybe?

Nothing can ever replace black! i love red as my fav color but nothing will ever never replace black it is the only staple colour with the most versatility so NO red is not the new black! (red may be the new black as a teenage fad, but are we supossed to expect that to last)
