Default Denim size question

Should you buy denim one size smaller then your actual size? Recently I have noticed that most of my denim after a while starts to fit a little loose. Most of my friends tell me to buy one size smaller then my actual, but that is so uncomfortable, but its uncomfortable wearing denim too big or loose  What should I do? What do you do?

Default seriously, no offense

I think you just need to wash your pants. All denim after you wear it several times gets loose, but after you wash it and stick in the dryer about 1 maybe 1 1/2 they tighten back up. Try that first.

I usually buy jeans one size smaller then my actual size (especially with stretch denim). Just because after a few wears they usually loosen up but if you want to shrink your jeans then toss then in the wash and dryer (high temp).

I always buy them one size bigger because they shrink after a couple washes

what's tht supposed to mean??? after a few times you wear your jeans they get loose???
I only wear my jeans once...then wash and dry them after...they always get tight after washing...I'd feel dirty if I wore my jeans more then once with out washing them.

I always buy my jeans a size smaller also because of that problem.

I think depends on the brand, but in general, I buy jeans that are pretty snug.
