Re: Skinny Jeans?
Did you know that skinny jeans are made for the bigger girls.. it actually slims your figure. Personally i love them .. since they came out i haven't worn any of my old ones.. + they go so well when tucked in boots !

Re: Skinny Jeans?
I love skinny jeans! I tried on boot cut/bell bottoms... a few days ago and it feels really uncomfortable because everything seems so much bigger! I'm so used to fitting jeans now that i can't even wear my old boot cut 7's.

Re: Skinny Jeans?
Well i've been wearing ksubi super skinny zip, but how does the size compare to the j-brand? I was thinking of purchasing the 12" Pencil Legged in Age, and i'm wondering if they are tighter than ksubi jeans?

Re: Skinny Jeans?
From my experience, you should size down (at least 1, maybe 2) from your Ksubi size. J Brand denim tends to stretch out and doesn't regain it's shape quickly. Have you tried the Rich & Skinny leggy? The cut is similar but the waistband is lined in silk which helps it retain its form. My favorite skinny jeans have come from Sass & Bide (the Missfits).
Hope this helps!

Re: Skinny Jeans?
Thank you! I really liked the wash on j-brand and i I didn't want to buy skinny jeans that were tighter than my ksubi (since they run very small compared to your original size). I think i'll try it by sizing down.

Re: Skinny Jeans?
I love skinny jeans! i have big hips too but i think skinny's are better for me because they make my thighs and legs look slim...and they are comfy too... i dont like bootlegs and flares... i think they make me look...wide? baggy? i don't know i just look weird... do you guys have Sass and Bide? they are an aussie brand and their skinnys are fantastic!

In my opinion, no...I had to size up in ksubi. sass & bide are snug but they will stretch to fit nicely. If you are ordering (the low-rise) online or without trying on, you should order your normal size. But if you like the mid-rise version, I would recommend trying them on because those seem to fit differently. Oh, my reviews are based on the s&b Missfits jeans. I have tried some of their other cuts but have found these to be the most flattering/comfy/cute.
fyi... ShopLAStyle has a few on sale.
