    Default Weight Loss Journal

    Since I want to trim down so I will feel better about myself, I've decided to start a weight loss journal/thread. On a daily/weekly basis, I will post my progress and what exactly I am doing to lose the weight. And if you are also in the same boat as I am and want to lose weight, you can join in and post your progress as well. We can all offer support to each other and tips on how to lose weight in a healthy way. And at the end we can reward ourselves with a bag, lol.

    So uh, my diet...um...starts tomorrow....I mean NOW!!!!

    Current Weight: 135 lbs. (minus like 10 lbs for the girls)
    Size: 4-6

    Goal Weight: 115 lbs.


    Today I was actually good. Well, almost...

    I had a small ham grinder with low fat mayo. But then I added some cheese...2 slices. And afterwards I had like 3 peanut butter cookies. Ugh, not the best start but I didn't overeat. I just need to start eating healthy again because after all its more of what you eat then how much you eat - in my experience anyways. And I ate that around 5 pm so I won't eat anything else. Ok, so not such a bad start...

    Oh boy! What a great idea! I think I need to shed a couple pounds to... I was trying on shorts today, and things weren't working out the way I was wanting them to (e.g. nothing fits). Since I'm going to Florida in May, I might as well try to tone things up between now and then.

    I'll have to start tomorrow though... I ate some bad things today.

    Okay, so here's my starting point:
    Height: 5'9"
    Weight: 158
    Current Size: 12

    Goal Weight: 145

    ^^^ok boys, i'm glad that someone else likes the idea...wasn't sure how this one was going to fly. but yeah, lets try to offer each other support and report our progress as much as we can! this should be kinda fun. oh and we can get on each others asses about eating good, etc.!!!

    ^^^ Sounds good! I think 145 is a good weight for me to shoot for. I'm tall and when I was in high school I weighed like 130 and 135. The doctor told me that I was underweight for my height... but now I feel kinda chubby (note this is like 10 years later). LOL! I know I'm not really chubby, I just want my butt to fit into a size 10 again! LOL!

    Okay, here goes.
    (Im normally really slender built but have love handles and a jiggly butt that needs to go away)
    Height: 5'5
    Weight: 123
    Goal Weight:110-112

    I had sunrider in apple juice for breakfast, a donut on the run and then sushi for lunch, 5 small turkey meatballs and tomato,mozzarella salad for dinner. And the some fries and half a caramel concrete just now.
    No exercising but I thought about it and felt guilty for not going to the gym. That doesn't count does it?

    ^^^yeah, according to medical standards, i'm in a normal healthy weight for my height. but that doesn't mean i can't afford to lose a few pounds though. i think ultimately, 115 would be "perfect" for me and that is my overal target weight. but right now i'm concentrating on breaking the 130 mark. for me, it can get discouraging when i look at the whole picture. so i have like a mini-goal of 5 lbs.

    I'd like to lose at least 5 pounds before my NY trip, which i think is pretty reasonable. that way i can treat myself to a new outfit when i'm there!

    but it's so not easy. i'm already hungry, lol....but i'm sticking to it!!!

    Yeah, I know the feeling! Nothing looks good on anymore either! Plus my husband keeps poking at my tummy and asking me if "its gonna be a soccer player". GRRR!

    Mine would be sleeping on the couch if he did that. He knows better.

    I just need to start running and going to the gym. It's the motivation that I am lacking. I need to haul out some of my bikinis and hang them somewhere that I see them every day. That should do it.

    i HATE it when things don't fit the way you want. and what i hate even more is when you have to go up a size and some areas end up fitting perfectly while others are more baggy...
