    okay I was horrible today. We ate at Hooters and I had a Philly cheesesteak sandwhich

    Gosh darn it! I was doing so well. Working out like 3-4 times a week (mostly running for 45 min). Then today was my bf birthday and I made brownies! I usually don't like chocolate, but I had a weird craving. Anyway, I ate 2 jumbo pieces!

    Also, you know what's really annoying? Today I went to lunch and ordered a salad... why do some places pour like the whole bottle of dressing on the lettuce! I like caesar dressing, but when each piece is coated in dressing it sorta makes the point of ordering a salad useless.

    I'm off to the gym..

    OOoOo I love brownies!!! Everytime I go to IKEA..I always end up walking towards the the food counter to get some of their browniessssssss. YuUUuuum.

    I haven't even been trying lately... with my sweetie all crippled like he is, we've been doing nothing but eating out. Bad for the waistline AND the pocketbook. I really need to get motivated to get back on track here, but its just so hard.

    Well I've had a good week Running 45 min / Stairs for 10 min a day and not eating any junk food... actually I threw all my snacks (chips, ice cream, etc) away... just incase I had the urge to snack.... my bf wasn't too happy.

    Although I need to start running less on the treadmill... maybe discover some trails... I have really bad balance so I just know one of these days I'm going to fall

    I think everybody fear that happening to them. One time I was jogging on the treadmill and this BIGGGG dude came on the machine next to mines...About 5 mins later all I heard was a loud THUDDDD!! I looked over and he was laid out on the floor. I jumped down immediately to see if he was alright. I think he was more embarrassed than anything.

    haven't posted here in a while. i've lost a couple of pounds. i'm fed up though...especially when my bf (who is a little overweight) told me the other day that i should be in the best shape of my life because i'm only 22. and he also mentioned that my body could be "better" and things could be more sculpted/toned. so i was totally depressed after that. i haven't been eating much these past few days. i feel like a fat ass every time i reach for food. so i'm basically just sticking with plain tuna straight from the can and chicken breast. whatever....i'm determined to get there.

    p.s. - NO, i don't have an eating disorder, etc. etc.....
