    I went on the treadmill again today for about 45 minutes. Then I used this rider thing that's supposed to work your lower body. Wait... why do we own all this exercise equipment?

    I don't know how my meals will go today... I have to work, so we'll see.

    Alright... today my horoscope said that I needed to indulge. I did have a turkey sandwich and such for lunch. But we sorta, kinda went to Red Lobster tonight.

    Alright, today was kiddie meal for lunch (yes, I know!) and chicken with pasta for dinner. I was on the treadmill for 45 minutes or so and then I went on the rider thingie for awhile after that. I'm still not seeing any differences in my appearance. My weight hasn't changed either (keep going up and down between 159 and 161). I guess it's only been like a week and a half... but I'm just stumped about this whole thing. Marissa, you tell me that if I don't eat carbs then my body will just gain weight the second I eat carbs again. But I've been exercising and counting calories and I know I can't possibly be taking in more than I'm burning and nothing seems to be happening. ::sigh::

    I also have another question Marissa. Don't the worms in vinegar freak you out? My mom won't use vinegar in anything because she thinks its gross.

    mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm red lobster. Gosh I haven't been there in ages... Drat brs! Now you've got me craving greasy fried seafood.

    Let's see, I've been so-so lately. I went to visit my Grandma this weekend at her fancy country club so that was a lot of cheese and champagne Old people sure love to drink But I walked her dog around the place so I guess that counts for something! Sunday for lunch I had a chicken parmesan wrap and instead of french fries (my weakness!) I opted for fruit! Yay!

    Today I had a slimfast shake for breakfast. Small chef salad w/ lite italian dressing for lunch... Just got done working out for 2 hours...And now I'm thinking of what I want for dinner.. Unfortunately I am really craving long john silver! AHHH!!!

    Marissa, I kinda don't get it.. So my legs are in a 90 angle but my feet are touching? And I make my feet touch and then not?

    I didn't make it to my workout today. My mom and I were shopping for like ever today and it was pretty late when I got home. I had chicken tacos for dinner though, so I hope that counts for something.

    My mom goes shopping with me all the time. That doesn't necessarily mean we buy anything though. LOL!

    Alright, we're going to pretend that the last few days didn't happen. Sadly, stress makes me want to eat more instead of less.

    Today, I started things off with a nice non-leisurely stroll on the treadmill for 45 minutes plus the rider thingie for another 10 or 15 minutes. It says it's supposed to work your abs, butt, and legs... but I seem to only be feeling it in my legs.

    Alright, my legs hurt so bad today that I only walked on the treadmill. Sorry, but I can't even bend down! LOL! I did go for 50 minutes though, so I'm sure the blood was flowing.

    OMG... I haven't posted in this thread for what seems like forever. I'm only posting now because I feel awful about not being able to keep up with my exercising. I was doing so good too.

    Awww just take it slowly BRS. Dont try to do so much all at once. Just do it slowly until your body get use to it and up the pace slowly.

    i can be +-20lbs in a year... yea, i'm just like a balloon
    8 yrs ago, i was like 140lbs, it might sounds normal to anyone but i'm petite
    only 5'4", 140lbs is the point where i can't see my toe if i stand straight
    somehow, i got gastric ulcer and lost 30 lbs in 3 months
    then i been struggling to maintain my weight ever since

    i'm floating between 110-130, well you know, when it comes to holidaysseason like thanksgiving, xmas...new year, valentine.. then it will be my fatter period.. 130lbs
    then when summer is coming, i will go on diet, lose that 20lbs
    my diet plan is simple

    breakfast and lunch as usual, of course no oily foods, and skip dinner
    i can lost 20 lbs in 2 months with this
    let's say lunch, i always have fruits after it, but now i eat the fruits around 4-5pm
    so that keeps me full through the night

    of course, lots of water

    fail to mention that, i'm a lazy ass, i don't work out that much
