Hmm... I dunno... surpressing your appetite does nothing really unless you are exercising. Honestly though, diet pills CAN make you lose weight... but it is very likely that you will gain it all back and then some! I would be careful if I were you.
What about a specialized diet program? Like low in carbs and sugar? Have you tried that yet? Plus I hear exercises like pilates can do wonders for shaping your body.
i have tried like evrything and nothing else works. i mean, these are all natural so i think it would be ok. I would NEVER take any with chemicals in them. and yes, exercise really helps you lose weight.
As long as all natural is okay, why not go on the cocaine diet? It's only a plant, and boy with that pump up your metabolism!
"All natural" just means that it isn't regulated by the FDA, and that can be more dangerous than prescription drugs. A lot of illegal drugs are all natural. Chemicals come from nature!
(Hoodia also happens to be very difficult and expensive to get...most products sold in North America that claim to contain hoodia don't really, so be careful who you buy from.)
Suppressing your appetite with drugs means that when you stop taking the drugs, you will be really hungry and your metabolism will be shot if you haven't been eating normally. It might work for a while, but it's not a good idea if you want to get healthy and keep extra weight off.
Nay to buying any product that says it will make you lose weight. Yay to good old fashioned cario excercise and healthy eating habits. Cut out a couple hundred calories a day if you must. Good luck!

I agree I say nay to diet pills and Pilates is wonderful.
You could try taking a vitamin supplement if your really feel that you need to take a pill of some sort. That way you body will be getting all of the nutrients it needs while you're cutting on calories.
thanks for the advice boysrsmelly. i actually never thought of that, but it is probably a better alternative to taking diet pills. i have already been cutting out calories. i only eat around 1000 calories/day now. and i dont eat sugar or junk food. i want to do it right and be healthy and so the weight will stay off. now all i have to do is start hitting my treadmill for an hour per day...but i hate to exercise!!! but thank god my bf just put a nice flatscreen in our workout room. seriously, time goes by quicker when your watching tv while exercising! and we also have a bowflex. i think im on the right track and diet pills, like hoodia, will be my last resort.
If you find yourself having trouble with motivation to get on a treadmill (I'm the same way) you should try some other types of exercise that are actually fun for you! I like swimming and in-line skating, for example. Or it might help if you have a group to work out with. I took up beginner ballet classes when I was 19, just to try it, and I learned a lot of exercises that I still use to keep toned. It was fun and totally new to me, but wow, what an intense workout! Just the exercises at the bar will make every muscle in your body ache.
Sounds like you are on the right track, but please do try out new ways of exercising, or join a class where you'll get a workout, before you get to your last resort. It's all about finding entertaining excercise methods.
I've tried a couple. Latest is LipoSlim which seems to be ok but I haven't seen results (maybe it's because of my cheez-it fetish...)
Just so you know, I read an article that Hydroxycut is bad, bad, bad. Has caused health problems in some people. Also, avoid things with bitter orange. That is bad too.
I would not recommend diet pills, like BRS says you will put the weight back on. after kids i was having a rough time with weight loss. I just could not get myself on a treadmill
I started doing aerobics, cardio-dance routines (at least tried to imitate the movements), went on a low carb diet and mainly controlled portion size...I managed to lose 35 lbs and have kept it off for 3 years ++
can't tell you how much i enjoyed throwing out my entire closet and buying new stuff!!!!!
all i can say is there is nothing natural for diet pills
99.999% of the diet pills suppress your appetite and boost your metabolism by increasing heart rates, you will have mood swing, the foods in your mouth taste like wood, you wont be able to sleep well at night..etc ...etc..
eat moderately, control your calories intake and exercise are the only way to help you develops the healthy lifestyle and you will be able to maintain your weight for long term.
