    I was going to try some green tea pills too. My metabolism is very slow, way to slow. I can eat nothing and still gain weight. Anyway, I have a heart condition and cannot take any pills, any kind. Not even natural ones. I am not supposed to drink coffee either but I get away with it.

    I work out a lot and eat good. It is really hard for me to loose weight like Bex. I am petite but all my fat goes straight to my belly........ and I love sweets too. Not good

    I would take any pills. I think they are a quick fix but very dangerous.

    All kinds of the diet pills and medicines have the side effects so I wanna say that
    the use of these kinds of the medicines are strongly prohibited....

    OK well I have researched almost every diet pill available without a prescription...most are unsuccessful at helping you with your weight loss goal..but i did finally find one that works effectively and fast! It is called "Proactol" and it is available at wal-mart. It is alot like the pill that got banned called "xenol" or something like that...it has the same results but a much healthier and natural pill. It reduces the calories you take in by 28%. Just take it after every meal. Thanks alots .

    Hi All,
    Diet pills have some disadvantages and we must do regular exercise and follow diet meals to lose weight. Diet pills might effect our brain and results lack of effectiveness.
    Diet pills can lead to depression and stress and can results stroke and heart problems.

    I think,Natural diet pills have both advantages and disadvantages, so itís important to discuss both options with your doctor before you make your final choice. If you are thinking of going the natural route, make sure that you understand what you can expect from the supplement, how to go about using it, what types of side effects may be associated with it, and whether or not it is safe to use with any medical conditions that you may have or other medications or supplements that you will be taking at the same time.

    NO, NO, NO, NO, NO.. I can't believe people buy that crap. There isn't a magic pill to be, look, or feel healthy.

    My opinion about diet pills is not possitive. I'm a fan of healthy diet and of course exersices. Evething else is pointless and harmless.

    I recommend skipping the diet pills.

    The best thing to do is make some changes in your life. Find a workout routine that works for you - it doesn't need to be an hour - it can be 30 minutes a day or less. Anything is better than nothing.

    Then focus on your diet and try to cut out things that aren't good for you. I look at things for what they really are a lot of times and it makes it easier on me. I like McDonalds, but I skip it because I know I don't need it.

    99.999% of the diet pills suppress your appetite and boost your metabolism by increasing heart rates, you will have mood swing, the foods in your mouth taste like wood, you wont be able to sleep well at night..etc ...etc..

    Not good at all. Eat less crap, exercise more (even if that means moving more, like taking stairs and riding a bike to work). Eat less carbs (not too little), eat more healthy fats. YOu wont be hungry and stay fit
