Default Just how important breakfast is

Too busy running to your job in the morning? Don't have enough time to eat and don't even worry about it as long as you have your smoke and coffee? After all...there is so much time left during the whole day....
I was one of the people who did the same thing. Until I realized that things aren't always the way they are. I'm new on this forum and found this community to be wonderful so far.
Fun and so much to learn about our one thing in common, handbags, fashion, beauty.
What breakfast really is defined as is the secret to staying healthy. Keeping your metabolism straight. Feeds your brain better than any other moment of the day and helps weight loss process simultaneous. Double the hit and healthier nutrient profiles.

Good luck and never miss out on breakfast

I'm trying to adjust to eating breakfast in the morning... lately since I've started my new job, I've been doing only coffee in the morning. I know it's important.. btw, picture number one looks delish & beautiful!

I suppose it depends on how early you get up in the morning. LOL
I often stay up late working on stuff for school. I won't wake up until 9:30 or so. I take a shower, next thing I know it's 10:00. I usually eat about 2 hours later when I start to feel hungry. But it's lunch-appropriate food since it is lunch time at that point.

I know breakfast is really important, they do say it's the most important meal of the day, but I'm never hungry in the morning. Also I don't really like breakfast food.

    Auch how come? :D
To tell you the truth..I used to be like this: wake up, open my computer when my eyes weren't even fully "un-puffed", have one cigarette and a can of coke...ok maybe two of both...and then get going. Totally unhealthy routine :) And you know how it is, until you start having problems with something regarding your body, you don't learn your lesson. So I had to visit a doctor, after I started having some weird cramps and he told me what the reason for those was.
Since then..the first thing I do when I wake up, is have breakfast! Even if I go out and wake up at.....1 pm let's say..I still eat first, and then have my bag habits.
Gave up on Coke by the way, and I couldn't be happier! It's like, even my skin looks healthier, my face not as tired as it used to... If I could give up on smoking, I am going to be the happiest girl on Earth!

I don't think Jennifer has a cigarette and a can of coke first thing in the morning. LOL
I think she's more like me where you simply aren't hungry first thing in the morning. Even if I have to get up early to go somewhere, I don't feel like eating anything. If I force myself to eat something in the morning, then sometimes I even feel sick. I can't really eat without first having that "I'm hungry" feeling.

Exactly. I don't think alot of people eat breakfast. I always have my coffee first thing in the morning, which I think is an average routine for most people. But really those kinda fill you up too - like Starbucks Double Shots. I get the light version, but they're still so thick.

Starbucks is the only coffee my body accepts...oh the taste, I am actually craving for one as we speak! My doctor said that even if I don't feel hungry, I have to force myself and put anything in my mouth, from a mini egg to a mini sandwich MINI? how does that work with eggs though?
Either way, my stomach got used to eating first thing after I wake up, and if I don't and play tricks on it, he mumbles and the sounds are just terrible

I do because I've been on a weight loss mission (47 lbs and counting) and have realized how important it is to my metabolism. Even if it's just a granola bar, a yogurt, or a piece of fruit on the go, I always try to get something in me.
