    I go to the gym twice a week for cardio and weights, and do yoga twice a week as well. I hated it at first but now that I do it regularly I love it. I feel worse if I don't work out than if I do.

    I go crazy, too. Unfortunately, most of the time it's not enough to drive me back to the gym.

    Do some weight training, and get on a kind-of KETO (meaning you will eat less carbs that fuck your insulin up and in general promote fat burn)
