    ^^^ You lose weight in opposite order of how you put it on. So the last place you put on weight is usually the first to go. The areas that too the longest to "build" will be the last to go. Unfortunately, you can't really target any one area for fat loss. You can tone the muscles, say, on your stomach... but that doesn't mean the fat from there will disappear. Hmm... maybe you could do that new thing where they freeze your fat off. No, it's a real thing. They demonstrated it on Dr Oz.

    I don't think I'd go that far, lol!!! I mean, I'm not chubby or anything, I've just gained a bit...maybe I should do some cardio? lol

    I understand ... I understand ... I HATE gym (and also hate treadmill), but two years ago I discovered a new sport that I love ...spinning!!!
    It's funny and you have to use music to do it...I know that's not enough to convince you, but at first I also thought that exercise was terrible
    (now I still think ... but a little less!).

    Do something that you like

    What about swimming, running around a lake or ...

    I do Karate for fitness.. but not only to stay sexy and in shape..
    it's helping me a lot to keep a balanced and healthy mind too!

    I was doing personal Pilates for a while, but $80 an hour got to be a bit on the expensive side. Now I'm just running. It's easy, and FREE. lol. I was also thinking about getting a bike, but Seattle isn't very bike friendly. Kinda worried about getting run over

    I want to get a bike! There are tons of parks and things around me. It'd be so fun!

    I hear ya!!! I'm only 5"2 and I have two babies, and my body is definintely not in shape like I was -pre-babies. I am thin, but I too have a Latina body, so big booty, big thighs and for nothing in the world does my pooch go away! I can't starve myself and between work and the babies, I barely make it to the gym, just 3 times a week, I guess I have to wait until their older, to really dedicated myself again to the gym....its so hard!!

    Hi there,
    Running, Walking, Swimming, Jogging are the best one exercises to stay fit and healthy one....
    I think that it is the best one source to burn the fat from the body and also losing weight accurately....
    Try this one and have the best one result's out there....

    It may sound funny but I've been on Hip hop abs for about a month and has seriously seen changes. I already lost 7 pounds with once in a while pig outs. It's just 30 minutes of your time per day :)

    long walks with my dogs, Tai Chi, eliptical, weights. I am kind of a work out junkie...

    I wish I could get back into running. I was sick for a while and got out of the routine.. I went a couple days ago, but it was so miserably cold!

    Hi Marissa,
    To stable my weight and to prevent from major disease like diabetes, cancer, depression, stroke and heart disease I go for 5 miles morning jog and hit gym in the evening for 2 hours. Regular exercise reduces the risk of premature death.

    Hi Melissa,
    I just took up running and like you, it's not my favorite thing to do. A stair climber is just as effective if you prefer that, as is a rowing machine. I like to switch it up so I don't get bored using the same equipment every time. I am loving being able to get to a gym though, its so invigorating.

    i try to workout 5 times a week. i like to mix it up, be it running or jogging outside, swimming, or (my current favorite) workout dvds. denise austin, jillian michaels, and jane fonda are my top favs now. i know the jane fonda thing is so old school, but those total aerobics/toning series can actually be kind of fun.
