    First Marissa you look stunning in your photo's!

    I don't work out at all. Although I need to start thinking about it... its almost swimsuit season.. ahh!! I guess if I were to start working out, I would start back up running. Running works every muscle in your body - Its awesome! But besides working out, its easy to shed a few pounds changing your eating habits.. pass on the chips, subsituting ingredients, eat a bunch of small meals throughout the day rather than huge meals, etc

    My bf says I have no taste buds because I eat the weirdest things...
    snacks - pickles wrapped in fat free cheese
    lunch - veggies or tofu with wasabi and soy sauce
    dinner - sushi or seafood
    late night - weekend hotdogs and pizza! haha
    drinks - converted from wine to martini's. Too many calories in wine.

    Good Luck on the photoshoot!!!

    I actually had an eating disorder a couple years ago and I dropped to 96 pounds. So I've had to force myself not to over excercise, force myself not to go on diets, and generally just put my health before body beauty. I know I'm not a goddess in this skin but at least I'm not a toothpick.

    For excercise, I go for walks, walk to the store (since I don't have a car) and just do housework, which helps keep me busy and keeps me from getting fat deposits in the wrong places because I'm on my feet all the time. Lol! Good luck to you!

    Thank you for the compliment Fab. Jennifer! That's the thing.. I eat really healthy! I hardly eat any fat cals! I haven't had italian food in forever and it's killing me! All I eat now is Chicken, Salad, Fruit, and everything else has to be organic with: 30 fat cals or less, under 400 mg of Sodium, 4g or less of fat, and sugar must be super low.

    ohh wow! when i used to go on a diet, i would only eat chicken breast, no taste at all and tuna ( i drain the water) which they both taste like paper and sweet potato (boiled) fruits (not too much or else the sugars will turn to carbs) and veggies that's it. saltless, sweetless foods YUCK! but i have to... and jennifer you look fab

    I've been dieting my whole life. It sucks... I should be a stick... but I go on and off them constantly. When I don't have photoshoots or performances... I eat a lot! LOL... It's really bad to see-saw diet... becuase you pretty much lose all your muscle mass... but I think I'm ok. Like for breakfast today... I had a Fat Free Bagel (no fat cals), with Fat Free Cream Cheese, and No sugar jelly. It's not bad at all... it's just not as good as the real thing. And Jennifer is Fab! Look at her myspace pictures and Viva's... they are both gorgeous!

    oh shut.... I have to work out.... lol... Jennifer and Marissa are fab.... check out their myspaces'.... lol... myspace freaks!!! :D I've tried diets when I want to..... but I just can't do them... so many stuff I want are soooo tempting.... But most of the times I do watch what I eat.... i don't eat much junkfood... I just wish I had my dad's fast metabolism....

    Marissa- Maybe that is your problem... the no fat, I mean. If you dont eat any fat, then your hair and skin start to look yucky. Plus you need fat in your diet to help your body burn fat more efficiently. The secret is that you need to consume lots of "good" fats and hardly any "bad" fats. The good fats are the unsaturated kinds (mono, poly, and omega-3s). So if you're cutting ALL of the fat out of your diet, it could be part of the reason you're not losing weight like you want. So try eating some fish, nuts, and olive oil! Also there is the added benefit of not craving carbs so bad because fats make you feel fuller longer.

    Well... first thanks for the info!!! I use to suffer for Anorexia... it's a mental problem I know I will have for the rest of my life. Not Anorexic anymore... but weight, looking in the mirror, and watching my foods... will never go away... I know it. Well I can't eat sea food... I'm allergic. I actually did that once and I almost died! My Throat closed up and I couldn't breathe... they had to rush me to the emergency room. That's when I was told I was allergic! I actually have to drink olive oil!! It's for the vocal cords... it's a secret singers use. When our vocal cords are tired... down some olive oil... and we are good to go for an hour! Nuts I can do... I will try... but I know I'll look at the label and freak out.

    they say too that ginger ale is good... also for coughs and sorethroat.. sliced a few pieces of ginger, then boil it but drink it like you're drinking tea. that soothes your throat and vocal cords.. a Filipino tradition i think

    Aww! That sucks! I love fishy! I like salmon alot... and when we were in Hawaii, we had Ono! OMG! It was to die for!
