    I want to say that Green tea is very useful in losing weight to a great extent . It also helps to burn more and more calories as well . what about you ? .

    Besides losing wight green tea has other health benefits also.
    Green tea reduces the risk of cancer, cardiovascular disease, tooth decay and rheumatoid arthritis. Green tea lowers cholesterol level and promotes beautiful skin, hair, nails.

    Green tea has a minor thermogenic effect on the body, but in the grand scheme of things it won't make or break your fat loss. Diet will be 90% of your fat loss success, exercising is 9% and supplements like green tea etc is the remaining 1% in my opinion.

    edit: Also, green tea definitely has a lot of anti-oxidant benefits!

    I've been drinking green tea regularly for years! There are so many phenomenal health benefits to it, not to mention its been proven to help boost your metabolism! I'm totally addicted to starbucks green tea lattes too! mmmmm!

    I don't like the taste of green tea. But now I'm gaining wait. I would definitely try this.
