Toast with peanutbutter and a glass of OJ. Always worked for me :)
Or a croissant with a cup of tea

I tend to just eat a bagel for breakfast in the morning. I'm not a morning person so I really don't feel like putting forth the effort to cook something, especially before that first cup of coffee.

I've read again and again that oatmeal is pretty ideal. But don't buy the packages with the flavor mixed in. Get plain oatmeal - it costs less! - and then mix in your own brown sugar, raisins, nutmeg, or whatever else you'd like. Fruit is ok, though I've read conflicting opinions on it. Eggs and bacon, believe it or not, are ok too to jump start your day. I got into running so I learned a lot about what to eat in the morning.

a good blend of carbs, protein and fat is always the best way to start your day. I usually will have 2 eggs, lean turkey bacon and a half bagel with cream cheese.

My friend says that it depends a lot on your blood type what's best. That sort of makes sense, not only for breakfast but for food throughout the day.

I am trying to avoid eating sugar in an attempt to be healthier. I was wondering what specific foods I should avoid, and what foods I should eat instead. Just give me a basic idea of breakfast, lunch, and dinner foods that have little or no sugar. Any other tips about eating sugar would be helpful.

I would do cereal because it's quick and easy to make. I suppose that it's healthy enough.

In Breakfast I have one cup of tea 1 egg and 2 slice of bread and some time tea and french toast because Any breakfast is better than no breakfast, but try not to have doughnuts or pastries all the time. They're high in calories, sugar, and fat.

lately, i have been eating oatmeal for breakfast a lot. most of the time, i make fridge oatmeal (aka chilled oatmeal) with a recipe i found googling. i take a serving of greek yogurt (any flavor, my current fav is super fruits), 1/2 cup non instant old fashioned oatmeal, and a bit of milk ( i use a touch of almond milk, since i like my oatmeal thicker), and mix ins like fresh fruit, chia seeds, etc. mix it together, cover it in the fridge over night, and the next morning...ta da! instant breakfast lol. on the mornings i do have time, i like to make irish oatmeal on the stovetop topped with fresh bananas and a small touch of brown sugar. super yummy :)
