Cake or cupcakes for a baby shower?
Hey everyone...
I'm making the cake and/or cupcakes for my sister in laws baby shower next month, and she is diabetic. Just wondering if you guys have any good recipes for low sugar cakes or anything along those lines? I definitely want her to be able to eat her cake at the shower... and im not really finding anything good.
TIA

Sugar-free Cupcakes Recipe
Would that work?
Also, I would make cupcakes because they are easier to eat...you won't need forks either.

I agree with Jess.
CUPCAKES are much easier to eat than slices of cake. Plus they are adorable!!

I'm sure there are plenty of cute cupcake decorations that you could find at a party store... like little shoes or blocks. I think cupcakes are much more appropriate because they are small and sweet!

Wow, I can't believe how healthy those cupcakes are but I'd have to replace the splenda I'm allergic to fake sugar.
I can't wait to see pictures
