    Whatever you guys do together I would be more active about it. Maybe you can park far away from the stores to walk or you can walk up the stairs instead of taking the elevator or maybe you can give him smaller portions of food to eat or change what your cooking to be a lower calorie intake. Or maybe you can by him a bike to ride to work. Something has to work to get him more active. Good luck.

    i think you can be honest for once about what you want the other person to do, if my boyfriend gained weight i'd be all on him to work out and loose some weight, and yes the power walk is a great idea!

    How about asking him to walk with you? Walking is a very good exercise and it's easy and relaxing to do. I would just keep trying to encourage him to get some exercise and tell him how important it is to stay healthy.
