i'm thinking of doing a detox cleanse, but i don't know the healthy way to do it. So i wanted your opinions on whats a good way to detox, detox pills and should it be mixed with exersise? :)
oh i've done my fair share of DETOX in my life..! :)
they are really cool if you can STICK to them because yeah, it really cleans our ur system and you feel FANTASTIC afterwards..
but during my detox, the whole time i just wanted to give up and drown a choclate cake and fried chicken.. hehe
i havent tried it yet, but my friends are sooo hooked onto lemon detox! maybe give that a go? i might try it soon.. hehe
