    Default Detox and Body Cleanse

    i'm thinking of doing a detox cleanse, but i don't know the healthy way to do it. So i wanted your opinions on whats a good way to detox, detox pills and should it be mixed with exersise? :)

    I did a detox program several weeks ago that I highly recommend. Just go back into the archives and you should be able to pull it up.

    Probably not, do you have to take food with your medication? I wouldn't suggest it because sometimes you feel absolutely horrible on detoxes.

    Jennifer - I guess it depends on the medication. I would call your pharmacy to be safe.

    warhol, I am actually suppose to eat like 30 minutes after.. or else I'll feel nauseated.

    Z, better safe than sorry right. You're right I should definitely give them a call and see if it's cool to skip a day or two.

    oh i've done my fair share of DETOX in my life..! :)
    they are really cool if you can STICK to them because yeah, it really cleans our ur system and you feel FANTASTIC afterwards..

    but during my detox, the whole time i just wanted to give up and drown a choclate cake and fried chicken.. hehe

    i havent tried it yet, but my friends are sooo hooked onto lemon detox! maybe give that a go? i might try it soon.. hehe

    I tried the Chinese green tea? Ballerina tea once and although it's great for you, it wasn't such a pleasant experience. I couldn't step out of my house th entire day!

    5 days - "The Foundation Cleanse" starts Tuesday! I'm nervous about the no food thing for 5 days.

    Ok, so I caved. I think this is something I really NEED! I'm doing the Blueprint Cleans - Renovation level 1! I'm starting slow. The no food thing scares me AND there are serious food restrictions just prior and for several days after the cleans. It is going to be tough and I've never done anything like this before, so why shouldn't I try! Wish me luck and I'll post my progress.
