CAUTION: PayPal is messed up!

OK, I guess this has been going on since February, maybe longer. PayPal is having some problems when you use it. When you use PayPal, it won't let you use your PayPal account balance, instead, the money will come out of your bank account! This happened to me a couple days ago!

I went to pay using my PayPal balance, then it said my payment was refunded, then the money came out of my bank account WITHOUT me allowing it!

This has been happening to a other eBayers as well. So, I thought I'd let you all know incase you plan on using PayPal.

Oh, and all PayPal does is say they're sorry, they're working on the problem, and they can't cancel the withdraw from your account. WTF? Shouldn't that have had this fixed already?! It's been going on since February or earlier!

All I know is, that is the LAST time I use it!

What? I haven't had any problems at all with Paypal. I haven't tried to pay for something on ebay with my balance recently, but I have used my debit card to buy things. Hmm...

^I think it only does it when you want to use your PayPal balance.

No I mean my Paypal debit card. I can use it at stores to buy stuff using my Paypal balance. I haven't had any problem with it deducting the purchase from my balance when I use the card.

Hm...I've heard it doesn't happen ALL of the time, I guess I was one of the unlucky ones.

i havent had this at all, quite the opposite, when I want to use my bank account it greys it out and only lets me choose echeck or my CC,,. whether I have a balance or not :/ I dont always like using my CC
