I'm Literally In Tears!! Please Help Me!

Hi everyone! Sorry mods if this is posted in the wrong forum. I'm sorry to bother all of you but I haven't stopped crying since this morning and I need to vent to the only people who understand! Okay here goes it:

I posted an auction for my LV Cabas Piano before Christmas so I can buy gifts for my GodKids. I buy the gifts with the money the day she pays for the item. The following day the buyer contacts me and says in a mean tone that the item is fake and that she already owns a Cabas Piano and that it's definitely fake in comparison. I assured her that it was auth and enclosed a letter with the bag saying if she is still in doubt to go to an authorized LV store and have it checked out. She then ignores the request and as soon as she receives the item, leaves me negative feedback (you can see in my feedback) and immediately files a dispute and left my Paypal account Negative $200!!! She writes me this on the dispute: "This item is a fake and you know it. I have a cabas piano of my own,which I did get from an authorized Louis Vuitton seller. You should be ashamed of yourself. Either you do this knowingly or you are just ignorant to what an authentic Louis Vuitton looks like. I will get my money back one way or another. You can count on this!!!"

Can you all help me and let her know that it's authentic! She sent a auth request to MyPoupette today, but still left me feedback even before hearing a response from them!! I'm trying to tell her to go and have it checked out but she is non-responsive to the request! Any help is needed.

Lyn- I am sooo sorry to hear this!! That bag in the photos is indeed authentic. I am guessing that she thinks it is fake because of the date code tag. I have an older Cabas Piano and the date code is under a small d-ring rather than a leather tag. This might be what she is confused about. I hope this works out well for you. I was wanting to list my Piano on ebay, now I am not so sure....

I do not recommend you list your bag! I don't want any PFers OR tBFers to ever ever go through what she has put me through. She bashed my name and called me pathetic!! Not once have I given her a mean tone or anything like that yet this woman is pathetic herself. She left all the mean messages & even before authenticating, leaves me negative..I DON'T GET IT!! I'm giving her chances to clear her doubts but she's not cooperating!!! Geese!!

Yes, that's just what I was going to mention. The older version had an alcantara lining, a zippered inside pocket, and date code located under the ring. Oh, plus the outside zipper pull was different. I was just going to ask if they had recently changed the style, but Zombie girl answered that for me.

Anyway, you bag looks authentic to me. I would fight Paypal on it... or at the very least make them make her give you the bag back.

I'm just soooo scared she'll try the bait and switch!! She'll send me back a fake or something! She's definitely up to something! But I will not give up!! I will be revenged..hahahah jk!

I'm shocked! I can't believe she would assume it's fake sooo quickly, especially bcuz it's NOT FAKE!!! I would contact paypal as well... you shouldn't loose $$$, or you should at least get your bag back!!!!

Actually the lining has always been canvas. Same lining different date code and different leather bottom. The new ones have 1 piece of leather and the older version has 3.

Wait...yeah, you're right it was always a canvas lining.
Anyways, perhaps these little differences make her believe that the newer version of the bag is a fake. But then again... this can all be clearly seen in the pics in the auction. If she was simply comparing it to the bag she already has, then why not question it before bidding on the bag? Was she not looking at the pics? Hmm... something seems fishy here.

She wrote me this: I am not concerned about this dispute escalating. I know for a fact all cabas pianos, new or old have a zippered inside pocket. I will be mailing this bag to my poupette. I can assure you I do not plan on switching bags, my bag has been used and has some oxidation plus its authentic. I am not a dishonest person, and I do believe in treating people fairly. But, if I have been wronged I will go all the way with this regardless.

She's unaware of the revisions made to the bag!! I suggested caroldiva.com and she's currently authenticating at mypoupette. Hopefully she doesn't provide false pictures!!
