You just need to become familiar with the designer in question... its becomes quite easy to identify fakes when you know what a real one looks like. As for the websites you mentioned... I will guarantee you that those bags are all fakes. I know of some ebay guides to spotting fakes... was there a particular designer you wanted to learn about?

no there is no specific designer and that might be my problem.
Sometimes I see a bag I like on ebay and then I start wondering if they're real.
most of the times I cant tell.
A friend of mine bought a miu miu coffer bag for only 200 US. It is quite nice but I cant believe it is authentic. ( i think it was shipped from Australia)
I dont want to buy fakes as I dont want to support the ones making them.
So I just wondered how I could learn or spot such things !

Here are some ebay guides for some of the more commonly faked designers.

Louis Vuitton - Fashionphile has a wonderful ebay guide that is several pages long: eBay Guides - How to SPOT fake LV LOUIS VUITTON authentic Guide 1

Chanel - Burberry_princess has a great guide: eBay View About Me for burberry_princess

Coach - to.much.stuf has a guide... but no pics. I'll try to find a better one: eBay Guides - How to spot a fake COACH bag

Gucci - Here's an ebay guide from aegiale: aegiale eBay Store About My Store

Balenciaga - luv2shop-hate2spend does an excellent job explaining things: eBay View About Me for luv2shop-hate2spend

Prada - A guide by peskipiksipesternomi: a peski shopping habit eBay Store About My Store

These are all I can think of right now... but at least it will get you started. The best you can do is just keep reading up on it and to go to a store and examine a designer handbag in person so you understand what they look like.

I dont understand how all these celebrities walk around with FAKE handbags...theyre so lame!..WOW!and I cant believe the fake LV..anyone could spot how FAKE that is!..

This is the Polish equivalent to Ebay. Could you please tell me if this bag is real or not? I love it, it's cheap (used but in good condition apparently), but I'd rather not buy a fake... I'm not really experienced in spotting the fakes. Thank you.
