Whoa... I missed something on this thread. A seller on ebay CAN have authentic LV... and they can sell you new LV. The problem is... you will not be getting a good deal because they have to mark stuff up to cover the cost of purchasing the bag themselves. In most cases, from my experience anyway, someone will buy a limited edition bag... keep it in the box... wait awhile until no more are available... then sell it on ebay for above retail because there will be buyers by this time willing to pay more. Otherwise, most authentic bags on ebay are used and are therefore marked down accordingly. None of these people would have a contract with LV. They are simply going to the store and buying a bag and then turning around and selling it (new or used). I'm confused why people are arguing about this.
Oh, and BTW, this is a VERY good seller. I have heard wonderful thing about her stuff.

Eluxury is the only internet site authorized to sell LV. They are the only one authorized because LV owns Eluxury.
Anyone claiming to sell new LV's are selling fakes. If they are selling fake LV's, what other fakes are they selling?
Do your homework before you buy fakes.
Well, that is a pretty blanket statement. My friends bought three LVs from the LV boutique in Las Vegas to sell at a charity function in Palm Desert, CA. Two sold so they have the last one on their site. Completely authenitic and for sale. We need to be careful with blanket statements (because they are so often incorrect =)

SoO TRUE! And nothing wrong with it. It is called capitalism =) We bought a Louis Vuitton Cabas Reye from the LV boutique in Las Vegas for $2,040.00 plu stax (they shippped it for free) and sold it for $2600.00 to a customer in Singapore who wanted it but couldn't get it. She knew what we paid and respected our right to be compensated for our efforts. Win for us and win for her.
Which bags did you buy from her?? I'm planning to buy something off of her too...
Lets see, I purchased the following:
Denim baggy GM in blue
Denim neo speedy in blue
MC alma in black
MC trouvile in white
Monogram popincourt
All the bags were in mint condition with no moth ball odors. Also if you ask she will almost always give you free shipping. At least in my case she has always done so. Good luck, what are you thinking of purchasing from her?

Well... I always check out her stuff... she's got a lot of stuff I want and at Great Deals.... I've never bought a designer bag off of Ebay or previously owned either.... But I think I should give it a try.... (college is getting expensive)... I'm interested in a ManhattanGM.... But I don't think she has any at the moment....
So no one asked this handbags4u person what their problem was? Why the harsh criticism of people selling LV on eBay? I mean, are you a stockholder in Louis Vuitton? Does your stock price go down because people are re-selling their LV bags? I mean, seriously, what's the big deal? You're not going to stop people from buying/selling on eBay. Not everyone has unlimited amounts of money to go to the LV store every time they want to buy a bag. Plus, eBay is fun. It's fun to try and win something, and if you do your research then you can buy an authentic item.
My question is that what are people supposed to do with bags after they aren't using them anymore or don't want them? What happens when one they are old and pass away and their inheritants don't want their LV? Just throw it away? eBay is the place they go to, so handbags_4u, if you don't want to buy a bag on eBay because you think it's wrong or illegal, then don't. But don't come into this forum and try to argue with everyone because this isn't one you are going to win.

LVMH Group determines which resellers can and cannot sell LV based upon population, demographics, local incomes, etc.
Since LVMH Group owns Eluxury, LVMH gives Eluxury the exclusive rights to sell LV on the internet.
The exclusive rights to sell LV on the internet means any "new" LV product across any from of transaction or venue that is on the internet. They are the only online "authorized dealer."
Their are many LV "authorized resellers" in your local area. I am sure they are all responsible business owners. The catch is, they are only authorized to sell LV to walk-in customers of their shop.
Since these resellers are under contrct with LVMH Group (and yes they should be / read the small print) to sell LV in their shop they could lose their LV lisence if they are caught selling "authorized LV" products on the internet in an unauthorized fashion.
This is incorrect. Once an item is purchased, that person has the right to resell it in any manner or at any price they choose. If I want to sell my LV on Ebay for $9.99 that is my right.
Selling NWT is at the manufactures' discrection. After that, all bets are off.

"Blood Diamonds" are not counterfeit diamonds. They are real diamonds. They actually are purer in quality than most legal diamonds on the market. Yes, they are used to finace wars and the suppression of people in South Africa. My point is to compare unauthorized internet LV resellers to the "blood diamond" pouchers. If you would not buy a "blood diamond" why would you buy an unauthorized LV handbag.
My opinion, buy LV only from your local "authorized dealer" or the "exclusive online authorized dealer" which is Eluxury.
Holy cow, someone needs to slow down on the coffee this morning. There is a huge difference between purchasing a LV bag from an unauthorized seller and helping fund terrorism and child labor. We're talking apples and oranges here.
