Unfortunately, I've come across someone who sells fakes on ebay: bmorwood. So far, it's primarily fake clothes and damaged electronics that they sell (it's a couple, from the emails they've sent me) - no handbags.
Last week, this seller had a pair of Blue Cult jeans (which I've been trying to hunt down forever) listed as authentic and new, with tags on. After carefully looking at the pictures she had posted and comparing them to the two pairs I already own, I decided that they were truly authentic. However, when they arrived yesterday, I opened them up to find a pair completely different from the pictures! Sure, it had a Blue Cult tag on it... but it was clearly faked! Everything was wrong with them, right down to the rivets.
I emailed the seller and asked if she had known they were fake, and she immediately goes, "But they have the tag on them. You're wrong." I tried explaining that it's okay if she didn't know, I would just like to return them. Now, I only paid a few $ for the jeans (around 15 before shipping), but that's still good cash. She responded with "Well, you didn't pay much for them. So can't you just get rid of them? I mean it would cost you shipping to return them."
Obviously that's not the response I wanted... especially since she stated that her return policy was anything within 7 days, full money back. Should I even bother dealing with her, or should I forget about it?
That's horrible! I'm sorry you got stuck with a pair of fakes. Even if they were only $15, I would push to get my money back and leave a negative feedback.
I think you should pursue the matter. Because if the seller thinks they got way with it this time, they will keep doing it again and again and cheating a lot of people. At this point, it is no longer about the money, but standing for a principle.
It is sure to give you a lot of headache, but we are all rallying for you

I'm glad everyone thinks I should pursue it... the seller made me feel ridiculous for asking for such "little" money back, but I definitely agree and think that I should get it all back.
I left negative feedback saying that the seller sold me fake jeans and then refused to refund my purchase despite her 7-day policy. The seller didn't seem to mind - I thought for sure she'd be angry and leave me bad feedback, but apparently not! I'm still trying to deal with her though.
If you paid via paypal, you can make a claim against this seller.

Wait, I thought OP said that they are different than the pictures show in list, so that is dishonest over there already. Did you pay with paypal and this is an ebay transaction, right? If you not happy with your purchase, and if you pay with paypal, you can file for SNAD and ask for refund.
