Re: Alternative to eBay
I love Bonanzle!
Just wondering.. I've never tried ecrater. Are you protected as a buyer/seller? I know that with paypal, it's easier to be protected as a buyer on ebay. (Which is good for the buyer, but sellers do not have the protection they need!). Although I hate ebay, I still make purchases on there because I know I'm somewhat protected from scammers.

Reason: It is against TBF rules to promote your own listings!!

Wow free listings. That's awesome!
We should all combine together and make a site to put ebay out of business :D

Re: Alternative to eBay
I'm starting to HATE eBay!!! I also find their fees are too high - - especially when you list stuff and then it doesn't sell, you still have to pay those fees and they add up.
I have a few bags, coats and shoes I need to sell. I'm glad to know that there are other sites I can sell my items on. I plan on posting some items this week or next. Between bonanzle and ecrater which site is better for me to sell my items on??

Re: Alternative to eBay
I've used bonanzle, and think its a great site, but found my items sold quicker on theclothesagency.com,sold 1 chanel, and two lv's in last two months,i paid a yearly fee of £30,i then get two free listings a month, but with every new site, takes time to catch on,but the people who run the site are lovely, nothing is too much, and they get back to me within a day.

Re: Alternative to eBay
I signed up for both ecrater and bonanzle. While I did find it easier to list items on bonanzle, I was able to get my items listed on ecrater without too much hassle. I haven't sold anything yet on either site.

Re: Alternative to eBay
I just wanted to update on my bonanzle experience: Its been awesome! Ive sold a lot, traded a lot and all together, its been a wonderful experience. Bonanzle makes money, I make money, its hassle free, and Im not getting gouged like I was from Ebay. I love it!

Re: Alternative to eBay
I like Bonanzle's flat $5 fee, which is worth it for bags. I almost sold something on Ecrater before, but so far the Bonanzle buyers are quicker. Ecrater is free, I think. Anyone know for sure?

Re: Alternative to eBay
You know, this about the 3rd thread where I have been hearing about Bonanzle. I believe that since it is saved to my favorites, this is my que to set up an account this week so I can have a "feel good" story to tell.

Re: Alternative to eBay
I am setting up a store at bonanzle right now! I have had enough of ebay and their stupidity! 100% sellers rating and still being treated like crap is not my idea of fun!
