![]() The symbolic heart has got to be American Brand Dooney & Bourkes favorite symbol to doodle onto their products. Do you all agree with me? Just picture most of Dooney’s colorful accessories and you’re sure to find a heart symbol on it somewhere. I wonder if it’s brought back by popular demand or simply a case of designer-block, but may I introduce to you Bagista’s the latest hearts design by Dooney & Bourke, meet the Sweetheart line! I apologize to any Dooney & Bourke fans, but I can’t help to wonder what is wrong with its staff? Why can’t they seem to put down the box of color pencils and design something more sophisticated? They have such a strong company and the capability to hire actual designing artists. Until now, I speak for myself when I say that I’ll just sit back and see what else Dooney will apply to their goods. Although I honestly think I’ve seen it all. As for the “Sweetheart”, they’re not horrid, but just something I would never consider buying or wearing. Maybe if I belonged to the early teens crowd I’d be a fan, but other than that, I’ll keep my distance from this line. Shop Dooney&Bourke Goods here: Macy's |

^^^ LOL! Yeah, the original hearts were way better than this.
I just saw these at the store too... I wonder if I'll see any walking around at the mall. ![]()

Humm, not for me. I don't like the whole sketch look, where it looks like a 5 year olds coloring book. Crayon coloring outside of the lines is just not for me.

I actually like the sweetheart collection. They already make a lot of granny brown bags. Honestly if they didn't make colorful bags I probably wouldn't want any of their bags.

I like it too. That's the appeal of D&B to me. It's not like the other bags. Some of them are not cute to me, but I do think that D&B thinks outside of the box and I like that.
