New from Dooney & Bourke - The Bumble Bee. Yesterday in the forum somebody pointed out this new Bubble Bee line by Dooney & Bourke, and let me just say I was speechless. What can I say, I love it. Just look at it, cute little bumble bee?s flocking around on your backpack or shoulder bag. This would be perfect for school right?
Wrong! Okay, the last couple sentences were completely wrong, so please disregard. While this bag is not appropriate for my style, I do think that it would be cute for the younger generation (saying that makes me feel old) in the elementary school crowd. Really though, who is their target consumer these days? There is the Doodle line (color crayons meet the handbag), Star line and Heart line (both look like color pencil sketches of stars colored in), the Tattoo line and Tartan line, ect.
Sorry Dooney & Bourke but your collections have not been my cup of tea these days (coming from a young 22 year olds perspective).
