Default White turning yellow

I am sure this has probably been addressed here before, but I've looked through the threads and couldn't find anything...I may just be blind though.
Anyway, so, as the classic problem goes...my white It bag is turning yellow. Is there anything I can do to fix it/stop it?? It reeallly bothers me as it's my favorite bag. Well, my 2nd fav now.

I've heard of them turning yellow too. I don't think you could take the yellow out without ruining the leather. Maybe that's it's way of darkening?

I don't know why they turn yellow... I've heard and seen the IT bags turn yellow... I don't know....

I have a Dooney&Bourke White Charm Bag... but it never turned yellow... the handles got darker, but the canvas never turned colors... i dunno.

Haven't heard of any remedies for this. I have 2 white it bags that are slightly like this. I also have a coin purse, makeup case, and watch...now those are horrible, yellow doesn't describe it since they are thrown in with everything and exposed to more things. I don't use my bags much anymore becair the bucket is too small and my large gym bag has zipper teeth missing no matter what I love that bag to death and haven't gotten around to having it repaired. I also have a white tapestry it bag and that's held up great granted its the last one I got but its still brillian white. I think once they turn that's it because attempting to clean that material is impossibe I have a small coffee stain that I've tried working on numerous times with no luck, unfortunately. So they just sit and look cute on my display shelves nowadays.

Thanks for the replies. I'm a little bummed, well, very bummed that it can't really be repaired. It is my favorite bag, but I guess I'll have to get another. I do love the DB barrel style.

Have you tried emailing the customer service department on the website. They are very helpful and the responses don't take too long to get back. Ice had many questions and problems sorted out through them so that's worth a shot.

I had a white Coach bag that yellowed. I figured for a $800 bag that was not up to standards so I took it back to the store and they sent it in to the repair dept. They called about 2 weeks later stating that it was not to their standards and credited me a a store credit for the $800 plus tax. Don't give up...when you pay a big price for a bag you want it to be of quality.
