The Vachetta Florentine Bag

What I like about this bag is the simple shape. It is a dome-like satchel with a top that folds down over itself. The result is a classic, but still somewhat casual look. Plus the leather looks so soft and smooth. No wonder I don't think it looks like a Dooney and Bourke bag! But maybe this is their new look? If it is, I must say I definitely like it. So much better than those horrible styles with the cowboy boots or whatever printed on them! Maybe if I decide to get a new Dooney and Bourke handbag, I will go with this one. But first I think I will see what my fellow TBFer has to say about it! The Dooney and Bourke Florentine is in Black, Chestnut, Natural, Fuchsia, Moss, Orange, or Red. It's kindof a cute bag. I love the side tassels. What's your favorite color?

Re: The Vachetta Florentine Bag
I just can't believe this bag is by Dooney & Bourke. I mean it's been years since I've checked out their bags. Last thing I remember they were making pre-teen bags with scribbles, cartoons and drawings. This one I actually really love.
How's the leather @Zombiegirl ?

Re: The Vachetta Florentine Bag
I love the look of this bag. It looks classic and has the well-worn timeless look. Not something that would go in and out of fashion.
I am really impressed with this Dooney design...i never like their scottie dog, scribbles or other colorful lines, for that matter i don't like any scribbles, garffitti or similar designs, including LV's designs.Always be kind to people on your way up, because you are sure to meet them on your way down
